CPM, the global provider of process equipment, engineered technologies and aftermarket support, has named Jeremy Patten as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing in a leader with more than 20 years of experience across global industrial, manufacturing and technology-driven businesses.
Patten joins from Modine, where he was President of the Performance Technologies segment. Before that, he spent more than eight years at ATS Corporation, including a spell as President of its Packaging and Food Technology Group, and earlier held leadership roles at IDEX Corporation and Danaher Corporation.
Simon Peckham, Chief Executive of Rosebank Industries, said Patten's track record made him the right choice to lead the business.
"Jeremy brings the combination of operational leadership, commercial experience and focus on execution that makes him well suited to lead CPM," he said. The appointment comes as CPM continues to focus on growth, operational improvement and strengthening support for customers across the full lifecycle of their equipment.
The company serves customers across the food, fuel and industrial markets, with a global installed base and a portfolio of established brands. Its offering spans new equipment and process solutions through to parts, service, upgrades and ongoing equipment support.
Patten said the strength of the business was what drew him to the role.
