SEaB adds two new members to its advisory board

UK based waste-to-energy technology company SEaB Energy has appointed two new members to its advisory board, as it looks to accelerate its global expansion plans.

In their new advisory capacity, Ronald Sams and Alan Barton will use their global leadership skills and expertise to boost the company’s commercial plans and streamline its operational activities.

Sandra Sassow, SEaB’s CEO and co-founder, said: “Ron and Alan are renowned international leaders in their respective fields of engineering and resource management which, together with their proven experience in delivering transformational change and market development, will enable us to expand more quickly in our key markets of North America, Europe and Asia”.

Sams has held a number of positions in the engineering sector, including executive operational responsibility for Agusta-Westland Helicopters UK. He also led a transformational change improvement programme with the UK’s Ministry of Defence. Thanks to his experience in supply chain management and multi-million dollar international projects, Sams will be advising SEaB on operational strategy.

Barton meanwhile, has worked in the global resources and waste sector for 30 years. He led Arup’s global resource and waste business, and was managing director of Shanks East London, where he worked on one of the UK’s largest municipal waste management contracts. At SEaB, he will be providing support to the company’s sales team.
