DMT acquired by Broadview Energy Solutions
DMT Environmental Technology has been acquired by Broadview Energy Solutions.
DMT's shareholders, E.H.M Dirkse Beheer BV and NV NOM, have decided to sell 100% of their holdings to Broadview, a Dutch company that is active in the field of liquefied natural gas distribution.
With the new shareholder, DMT will continue to develop and expand its business. It will continue to operate as a standalone company under the leadership of the current management team. Broadview will support DMT to realise its long-term growth plan.
Erwin Dirkse (owner and CEO) will take a seat on the company’s supervisory board and will be succeeded by Theo Zuijdwijk, who has taken over as CEO as of 20 May.
