The formation of Dall Group has been announced, which follows the acquisition of Weiss Energie France (Weiss) and Biomasse Services ét Maintenance (BSM) from Groupe Roullie.
The new group consists of Weiss, BSM as well as Dall Energy.
Dall Energy's founder, Jens Dall Bentzen, is the new group CEO, while former Torben Høberg, has been appointed to lead Dall Energy as the new managing director.
Høberg commented: “I am honoured by the opportunity to head up Dall Energy as managing director, and I look forward to leading the day-to-day operations and the strategic development of the company. This includes engaging even more with our clients and partners, as we continue to expand and grow”.
