Car rental brand Enterprise has made a large donation to the University of Missouri in respect to renewable fuel research.
The $2 million (€1.5 million) gift, via Enterprise Holdings Foundation, will reportedly be used to research biofuels, biomass and energy efficiency.
Missouri chancellor Brady Deaton was quoted as saying the money would be used to create an endowment to ‘support the work of our sustainable energy initiative‘.
