AIT-STEIN, a major French decarbonisation player, has secured a license agreement with Danish green-tech company Dall Energy for steam plants.
AIT-STEIN produces high-steam boilers, and this licensing agreement will see Dall Energy integrate its gasification technology with AIT-STEIN's portfolio.
The Danish company said its unique biomass gasification technology is in high demand throughout the nation, adding that the new partnership will help consolidate and enhance this tendency nationwide – and help position both companies as leading facilitators of the green energy transition in France.
Dall Energy - whose investors include French investor Eiffel IG - said it saw a surge in demand for its solutions across France's municipalities and business last year, and that this partnership is the next logical step.
It is a proverbial ‘win-win’ according to Dall Energy CEO Jens Dall Bentzen, who stated: “We are very happy to have reached this agreement with AIT-STEIN and cannot wait to get started.
"AIT-Stein and Dall Energy complement each other well; we add our gasification technology to AIT-STEIN’s range of products, and we benefit from their French presence and network”.
Jean-Luc Conchou, AIT-STEIN CEO, added: “We are excited to have been chosen by Dall Energy to promote their patented technology. We are specialised in high-pressure steam boilers, and they provide fuel flexible, environmentally friendly and energy efficient furnaces. Together, we offer the best overall solution on the market”.
Raoul Garcia, AIT-STEIN sales director, commented: “We believe innovation is what is going to facilitate the green energy-transition in France. With this tech licensing agreement, we are able to offer the French companies access to the some of the latest and most sustainable energy solutions available on the market – anytime and anywhere. We are very proud of that”.
