CPM acquires pellet mill part supplier Jacobs Global
CPM, a solutions provider of process equipment, engineered technologies and aftermarket parts and services, has announced the acquisition of Jacobs Global, a supplier of aftermarket parts for hammermills and pellet mills.
This strategic transaction will enhance CPM's product offerings, expand its market reach and add capacity to better serve CPM’s growing global customer base. according to the company.

The acquisition will see Jacobs Global's range of products, including hammermill hammers and screens, pellet mill dies, and roller shells, integrated into CPM's existing offerings.
The company will now integrate upstream wood chip and wood pellet production with downstream heat and power generation through its subsidiary Kaipolan Energia
