Uzelac Industries, a specialist in rotary dryer design and heavy fabrication services, has officially opened its new 39,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Pewaukee in the US.
The move from its previous base in Greendale marks both a period of rapid growth and a return to the company’s fabrication roots.
The modern facility includes a twin 40-ton overhead crane bay, a 10-ton crane bay, and a 3-ton crane bay with a clearance height of 26’7”. Additional advanced equipment – including plate rolls, a waterjet system, and press brake technology – has also been installed to strengthen production capacity.
The expansion is set to increase Uzelac’s ability to design and build its custom-engineered rotary dryers while also broadening the company’s fabrication services for large equipment OEMs.
Mike Uzelac, Founder and Chief Executive of Uzelac Industries, said the opening represents a defining moment for the business.
“This new facility is an investment in our people, our innovation, and our long-term commitment to customers,” he said. “It allows us to strengthen our engineering expertise and expand our capacity to deliver high-quality solutions across the United States and beyond.”
The new headquarters also reflects the company’s trajectory over the past two decades, during which it has grown from a regional operation into a national player in rotary dryer technology and large-scale manufacturing.
Uzelac Industries says the Pewaukee site will support ongoing expansion plans while ensuring it continues to deliver durable, high-performance equipment to industries worldwide.
