Independent power producer, U-Thong Bio Power, is planning the construction of a new biomass power plant in the Supanburi Province, Thailand.
Using rice husk and bagasse as feedstocks, the plant will generate an estimated electricity output of 9.9MW, enough to power between 6000 to 8000 homes.
Completion of the project is expect at the end of 2013.
