Swedish Biogas to develop second biogas plant
Following the construction of a biogas facility in Michigan, US, which commenced in August earlier this year, biogas company Swedish Biogas International is looking into building a second facility.
The new project will also be based in Michigan, generating renewable energy from municipal and agricultural waste.
‘The Flint operation is showing real promise,’ the president and CEO of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation Greg Main said. ‘We are very excited about accelerating the commercialisation of clean technology in Michigan.’
