Hydrogen production systems supplier BayoTech joins RNG Coalition

BayoTech, an Albuquerque, US-based energy solutions firm focused on hydrogen, has joined the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas (RNG Coalition).

The RNG Coalition is a member-led non-profit organisation advocating for the sustainable development, and utilisation of RNG and renewable product gases, such as hydrogen so that present and future generations can access domestic, renewable, clean fuel and energy.

David Cox, co-founder of the RNG Coalition, said: “BayoTech is doing amazing work in the fight against climate change, and we are proud to have them join the RNG Coalition.

“BayoTech’s work in hydrogen and renewable hydrogen production provides organisations throughout the country with the tools to reduce their carbon footprint and to create an integral source of clean energy.”

“RNG represents an important part of BayoTech’s sustainability strategy and has great importance in the decarbonisation of hydrogen production,” commented BayoTech president and CEO, Mo Vargas.

“In addition, RNG represents a tremendous opportunity for low-cost renewable hydrogen that is achievable today.

“The RNG Coalition is a much-needed advocate and voice for RNG and its role in renewable hydrogen.

“We look forward to partnering with the RNG Coalition and its members to increase investment, project development, and jobs in the RNG sector.”
